I do not have a position in NEWC nor would I. It is in my opinion a scam, these stock promoters along with others will promote this stock then come up with some reason things will not happen or some sort of delay. You can check the History of all the players involved. As you can see almost every day they attempt to pump the stock early in the morning. When they get no hits on people panicking thinking it will go up and the buys come in. However, I believe people have now done their research and have discovered the truth about this company. It obviously is going to not be around very long. Over the last several years you can see it has been saying the same thing. Refusing to do answer the SEC and its letters and of course its failure to do file the 10k.
This is just my opinion.. Make sure you do your own DD.
