Well first, they aren't weed deals. But that's ok

The cryogenic deal looks really promising. Very promotable sector with huge upside. And I love that they are looking to franchise. Hmm maybe have a weed store / cryogenic studio?

The second deal also is promotable. But much more early stage.

Here is what I really like. They are only issuing preferred stock for the aquisitions. Yes only time before they are converted to common shares. But it gives us common shares holders hope.
