You just proved my point..

My comments are in BOLD

"They have developed three major business lines which are hollywallmusic.com, hollywall.tv and hwradio.com...."

All were set up by Roxanna from Austell, GA on--
05/14/2014-- http://www.whois.com/whois/hollywallmusic.com
02/17/2015-- http://www.whois.com/whois/hollywall.tv
04/02/2015-- http://www.whois.com/whois/hwradio.com

All are 2-3 years old. Promoted in every PR and disclosure since. ZERO or negligible revenue that I can find.

"Digital Media division which they plan to roll out 2Q 2017. they've develped Hollywall DNA-Net which is "an electronic, real-time licensing process simplifying the current time-consuming, costly procedure for obtaining rights by and for artists, writers, content developers, authors, music performers, producers, publishers, composers, TV and video producers, copyright owners and production supervisors." have you mentioned this? no of course not why would you? that would require real work. "Instead of taking weeks or months to establish a license, Hollywall DNA-Net collapses the process into hours/days while maintaining 100% copyright integrity and transparency. With Hollywall DNA-Net’s next generation licensing platform users can transact business rapidly in today’s music industry, improving customer delivery and quality control." Just Google "real time music licensing" and you'll find dozens already out there. Why would anyone use an untested fledgling platform created by some yahoos running a sub penny stock? Just go to the a real source like https://www.ascap.com/music-users?gclid=CIG2tu6XmNICFVI2aQodopMFaw There's no waiting for "weeks and months".. utter hogwash!

"Also, Hollywall DNA-Net is a repository for artists’ works as well as an Electronic Digital Record Label, (“eLabel™”) through which artists can market their creative works." Once again HWAL is a day late and a dollar short. Dozens already exist like http://www.hitlicense.com/works

"Hollywall DNA-Net will increase revenue for Hollywall Entertainment. Hollywall is currently processing various licensing agreements from its HW Music Vault for numerous upcoming film and television projects, which will be reflective in new revenues in 2Q." Basically this "DNA-Net" sounds like a vanity service in which unknown/ unpublished artists will have to pay for in hopes of marketing their works. Yeeeeah th0se things are always cash cows ;p NEXT....

"On August 16, 2016, Hollywall entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with ASG Entertainment, Inc., creating a new film and television studio division, Aspire Hollywall (Aspire). [You wrote:
and for those of you who don't know, an asset purchase agreement (APA) is an agreement between a buyer and a seller that finalizes terms and conditions related to the purchase and sale of a company's assets. So Hollywall literally bought over Aspire. that's what that means. They own it. "They OWN it??? Then why does today's "shareholder update" say "Hollywall continues its due diligence on the ASG Purchase" ??? Please xplain why HWAL continues due diligence on something they already own.

"Aspire continues to develop numerous film and television shows including “Night and Day”, “Treasure Within” and “Legends and Lyrics”.

"Hollywall continues to add additional stations on HWRadio.com where users can listen to their favorite artists’ songs and extensive music collections in many genres from decades of legendary performances from the Hollywall music libraries and from other sources." People can already find any music and any station. What they can't find --or highly unlikely to find-- is HWRADIO!!! Heck fire...talk about obscure!

"On August 23, 2016, Hollywall filed an Emergency Verified Complaint for Immediate Injunction and for Declaratory Judgment against Blackbridge.." I already commented on how HWAL hasn't responded since Nov 18th. So apparently BB isn't gone.

"Hollywall is also producing a life play??? called Soul of America. "Soul of America is a planned two hour live event production to be taped for a future network broadcast...." Sounds like yet another "sometime in the future" project. Remember Darnell already had to issue a PR "“Soul of America” Hollywall Entertainment, Inc. announces the re-scheduling of the 58th Presidential Pre-Inauguration- Soul of America event January 17, 2017 Washington D.C." This announcement was disclosed on OTC briefly before being deleted. Sounds to me like Darnell has been hustling around hustling for money and permission to film events others are putting on in the hopes he can find a market for it sometime in the "future." Remember this, such a venture represents nothing but a BIG COST to HWAL unless and until it can be converted into a PROFIT GENERATING PROPERTY. Will it be good enough to attract big sponsors and command prime time on a major network? Or will it be licensed for airing on a more obscure station in hope they can generate some ad revenue? Then there's the "barter a program to a station in exchange for advertising time which HWAL would have to either sell at a discount or barter for other things" approach. Regardless, until any of this is a reality and one that generates CASH it's all meaningless hype to HWAL investors

dude come at me. Always happy to oblige ;)

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
