You're welcome. This one is quite the story, best learned by heading to their website.

Since the bonanza ore shoot dried up 10-12 years ago , they've been "exploring" and pulling out some lower grade gold, 1-4 opt, sometimes enough to meet costs. But, knowing that the process was meeting with slowly improving grades, and lacking funds, they again attracted help from a major, in this case Kinross. Read the news to see what's happening. Supposedly, drill results are imminent. Meanwhile, they've stopped their own work for the most part, so their minimal revenue decreased to zip.

They've added some convertible debt...I think the terms aren't horribly dilutive..and, as you can see, the volume is typically pitiful, as is the spread. The owner does no promoting of any kind...now and again there has been some outside press, as can be seen on the website. O/S is still low, with some dilution now and then.

Like that other co, they have never proven reserves, as it would be cost prohibitive for the nature of this telluride ore body--which is mostly almost gold bare, or super rich..... samples of over 1000 ounces per ton have been reported...not recently of course. So, they have to call their activity "exploratory production", to satisfy the SEC.

Hope this helps. Me, I don't trade. I have held some certs for 25 or so years!
