Makes sense... Thanks for the clarification.

All in all though we've stayed pretty steady around 2 cents even after the late filling issue and 0 PR in 2017... As annoyed as I am as a share holder... At the end of the day I am getting a little impatient but if the stock holds steady on bad news or no news than good news should mean plenty of geen space ahead.
