In other words...they got caught lying about their financial situation while trying to seek BK protection.

They got called out on it by the Judge once with his "estoppel" on their argument for a lowball valuation, after having argued a high valuation to obtain KEIP the first time.

IMO...their writedowns before filing were overdone also.
