"He has also been telling me for the last 3 to 4 years that he is going to get the stock straightened out and do a reverse split. The last time I was informed of this was less than a week ago when he said it was 80% done and had two lawyers working on it. He would not give me a time frame and I mentioned to him he should make an announcement to prevent people who have been loyal from dumping the stock. He declined, therefore my post."
