What you are missing is the $multi-million build up in inventory value primarily because the clients' limits had been reached in the QTR because of excellent sales and needed to wait for Jan 1, 2017 to receive new quantities.

The manufacturing cost for the $multi-million inventory build up was absorbed in the Oct-Dec 2016 Qtr financials BUT the revenues for the sales could not be applied until Jan 1, 2017.
