The initial PR said "all assets," but later documents mention it as an "asset purchase." Intellectual property was identified as an item included in the negotiations.
What assets will remain post-purchase? Perhaps inventory, perhaps the website, perhaps both or neither.
With only that info we are left to wander in uncertainty.
My investment here, while important to me, is very small. I can afford to lose it if it comes to that, and losses are part of the environment in this forum.
Still, I am holding. I want to see what happens and I want to own shares when what is happening is announced.
I could speculate as to what might happen -- perhaps the website and inventory remain with the Winthers and they focus on sales rather than production. Perhaps the Winthers focus on production and sell the website to Ply. However, neither of my theories explains the full picture or account for the delist.
Speculation is what it is -- a theory based on less than full facts. That is all we can do at this point.
