Looking good here ladies and gents :)

IMO the action here is due to maybe 4 to 5 possible reasons

1. They landed a contract for Fetch with a large hotel chain

2. They re-upped their contract for the Hound Software with the government of Costa Rica and maybe even another South American state as well

3. The Wind Power project is back on in Costa Rica since the country has promised to be All Green Energy Independent no later than the year 2020 or sooner

4. Since they are a Colorado based company they may have sold the Company Shell to a MJ company and that could explain any large insider buying or the settling of shares before the takeover which would account for the 54 million Pre-Market volume which you hardly ever see in the OTC

**Or the Perfect Storm would be that if they Re-Upped the Hound Software contract with Costa Rica they were given the rights to go ahead with the Wind Project as well and they landed an Island Hotel Chain for Fetch and they are going to grow MJ all around the Wind Turbines to top things off LOL :)**

Regardless I do believe we are going to do very well and could see $0.005 or more before the end of the month, but hey that's just my opinion right ?? :)
