Many people I'm sure waiting to see where funding comes from as well as the terms. Probably hoping they can buy at better price. Risky if u ask me, because if terms are good or they announce a jv they will be chasing big time! I believe funding is the only thing holding this down. After it's complete, so much will be happening second half of this year I fully expect to be in the dollars going forward. I just do not want to see any more warrants, they are price killers. I am loaded here but, if there is one last dip I have no choice but to buy with every last free penny I have because it's going to be a long fun ride!!! Gl longs couple more months until the promise land
