The Conference is from Feb 13-24--which is a LONG conference. (Zoom in on the poster pic.) I wonder if mobile healthcare will come up in the conversations.

My guess is that not all of that 21 Billion has been spent. Perhaps that is why the conference is taking so darn long. Lots to be decided!
