Doubt a govt will make an investment without current filings. Before the no bid period, $KALO was OTCQ and always filed--usually 2 weeks late, but they filed, except for that time a few years ago when one accountant refused to certify because the firm thought the company's plan included bribery, but Malone Bailey firm disagreed with the previous firm. Anyway, that was the only sticky time in several years.

I'm thinking that FCPA will be loosely enforced in the Trump era.

Regardless, with such a clean record, $KALO, if unsuccessful on its own merits, would be a PRIME candidate for a Reverse Merger of a startup interested in patent records and privacy.
