Cause that's where a lot of MMJ stocks are and that's where you can buy Canadian LPs like Canopy.

Look at KRE for example. It's a regional bank ETF. No GS. Why, because GS isn't a regional bank.

So if someone wants an MMJ ETF they are going to have to include OTC stocks because there aren't enough non-OTC MMJ stocks. That simple. I suppose someone could do an ETF with just GWPH, ZYNE, and CARA, but it's way better to have more stocks in any ETF.
