You are talking about a penny with revenues of over 2 mil and no new shares for years. That's rare if you ask me. Seen pennies with way worse fundamentals make crazy runs. If something really is up with VTPI it could pull a DOL* and make a huge run. Pennies are unpredictable, that's the name of the game. However, that doesn't mean you can't turn a profit :D $$$
