Only problem is they drilled 5 dry holes in ERHCs block in the JDZ and the resource estimates went from 10 billion to O. No one has wanted to try again for 6 years.

The exact same thing could be happening with the Kenya block. The last well was spud 10 months ago and there are no plans to drill another. Looks to me like CEPSA just isn't that excited about it. Or maybe they just want to dump the deadbeat partner before they try again. Which do you think it is?
