Fake downgrade perhaps...market more than just shrugged it off, it rose on higher volume than it had previously fallen one day prior.

What's indisputably not fake is that a lack of financial filings, as well as various ongoing lawsuits relating to ex-CEO Dick, have had no impact on price, which has firmed and stabilized in ex-CEO Dick's absence and now sits strongly over the 200DMA.

Onwards and upwards for GDSI shareholders.
