Check this link out regarding Ipo and how they work. an investment banker is supposed to guarantee buying all the shares then once they are actually trading, I'm pretty sure the company is done selling to bankers (fillings will be released i believe ) And the mms go and play their game. To check the iPo status/when and what it will open trading at, go on the nasdaq website and look at ipos. and yes otcbb stock ipo info is on there. Its a slow process and not many happen over night. your talking like a 3rd standard deviation amount of ipos happen quickly.
