Well that is assuming that we own any portion of the company and if those assets even exist. I'm going to assume that we don't own any portion of AdvisorShares. I didn't see anything hinting towards if they don't make payments on time that we can buy the remaining 40% or that we own 60%. We know that there are 4 installments on a fixed amount and at some point we start earning 6% interest on unpaid amounts. Also that 33% of the settlement goes to legal fees. The $20 million CD that became an annuity that became a $5 million annuity, I'm assuming doesn't exist. The ownership in all those companies, probably doesn't exist. Fund.com URL is no longer owned by us. My guess is that Thomas tries to push the court to allow us to go after Galanis for all the fraud, where hopefully we settle out of court with Galanis. If we recover half of the mythical $20 million CD and have the 2 remaining settlements I would be more than happy.

Did it say anywhere that the payouts started small and went up? The second, I think, was 1.3 million. If the last two are each 1.3 million and that is where we end this, I'd be pretty disappointed.
