Chapter 11 BK is a restructuring BK where the court basically oversees the business and makes all the decisions...your friends may think its chapter 7...The CEO finally called me back after leaving several messages for IR...turns out he is the IR guy now since they had to let the employee go with all the cuts they did to save the company. Court ordered them to buy insurance to continue working and he stated they have work on the future books
