The way I understood the R/S duke was after it is official there would be, in round #'s, about 9 MILLION Common Shares OUTSTANDING and about 19 MILLION AUTHORIZED Common Shares since the A/S was increased by 7 MILLION when the R/S occurred. Now you mention Benny would have19 BILLION COMMON SHARES to play with. Then would the others on the BOD have a proportionate amount and there would not be enough Authorized Common Shares?. I a thinking there are just not enough Common Shares to accommodate so how can that be a good scenario unless you just wanted to make an exagerated point. Could you please clarify and correct me if I am off base. Tlsmd
