It depends on a lot of factors that we do not have information on. For example... would the license or cell the rights... many more variables as well.

IMHO I don't think that anyone can reasonably say that the value of an approved treatment won't be at least 5x current market cap. Could be 20x maybe more

However the real question is what's the likelihood of approval, and I believe that is increasing very nicely development after development
