If a CEO can't be honest with their shareholders, what makes anyone think he will be honest with distributors, co packers, possible merger candidates, or anyone else for that matter. It's quite possible that anyone that works with Adrian, or even consider working with him will soon find out he has a questionable history and will break ties with him very quick.
