If there is a partnership for let's say Prurisol,.. then Leo can adanve the others as he wishes and then ask for much bigger dollars in a year or two.

If Prurisol get over %60 percent PASI75 (with few side effects),... he can ask for big bucks right away,... $2-$3 billion and with a royalty thrown in.

With money in the kitty the B & K platforms can be fast tracked for another year or two,... then $10B for each platform is not unimaginable,... again with Royalties thrown in for good measure.

So let's say (not counting the royalties) we could be at $25-$30 with just Prurisol by the end of this year,... and then add another $60 for each other platform in another 2 years,.. total of $150,... plus the value of any royalties.

That $10b for each platform could be double taht if the drugs works as well as we all hope they do,... the market potential for each platform is extremely large!
