Woody: QMCG was suspended by the SEC in Feb. 2014. The Suspension lasted for 10 market days and thereafter was able to trade on the Grey Market. Unfortunately the stock became inactive on its own merits after the 10 day SEC Suspension and in May 2016 FINRA deleted the inactive trading symbol.

To answer your question it is likely there never was any exploration or any business operations of the company and that was why the SEC suspended the stock. It is likely the company was nothing more than a hollow shell created for the sole purpose of selling shares to enrich the company insiders. Once selling of shares dried up it appears the company disappeared.
