It appears they've been planing the rollout a long time. They have a ton of experienced help.
It very well might be ok if they don't partner or sell if they can create excitement and buzz about the product.
Contrary to a lot of posts on twitter -they have enough cash now to launch.

It seems like they're convinced the company is worth more than IRWD. I would think they've turned down some decent offers and want to partner if it means they can ramp up sales faster.

My speculations.
Hope my stalker's gone.
