I disagree completely with your assessment of the company.
First they would not have retained a reputable company to do
an audit if this was so. Second, the past two years clearly show
that the company has been growing and clearly shows that
management knows what it's doing.

The only thing that I would do differently and perhaps there is
a reason why they don't do it, is a PROMOTION of the stock.
A good promotion would see the stock go over .25 cents a share.
