it was restricted when i first tried and again from 1.40ish till the end. Then when I called the broker they gave me the wrong quote because their local system was down and stuck at 1.11. Interestingly enough, when the stock was trading above 1.40 I saw more than one trade go through at 1.11. Can anyone list the buys and sells of today?
