Best thing that could happen is AMAG buys up enough of the declining PPS stock and initiates a hostile take over of PTN. They could easily do it in this environment and then would own entire pipeline and not have to pay PTN squat down the road. Given the current weakness and price decline...would be extremely easy for this to pull this off. With current price, they could easily take this out...even if you consider fully diluted at 700M shares...would still only cost them around 260M...Given the amounts they are paying PTN, could easily make this up in two to three years of operations....Seems too easy....

HEY AMAG...buy this POS and kick Spana and Wills to the curb...they are worthless..
