I did some dd last night , these guys from apai tried to raise funds several times threw an offering without much success
they have a full filing stating revs and everything just google search and you will find they are posted on edgar
they haven't made any money since 2014 and continualy sinking
2016 finished the year with 260 000$ in debt
all this guy is doing is using shareholders to pay there bills
waite of time
