Exactly what I've been saying all along! Due to SOX requirements companies who have a NEED for consulting (ex...those getting ready to aquire foreign entities, have multilple currencies on the books, have multinational offices, etc., etc., etc.,....aka SULJA...lol!) must have a different auditor for the consulting than the auditing.
