Your post is an example of the reasons why I sometimes ask myself if it's even worth my time sharing anything at all.

What is being "short sighted" is you and some others taking posts like mine and adding, subtracting and/or even twisting it to line up the way you want to see things, and not what was actually said - basically the Truth.

Show me where I said Brain should be the one giving out the PRs? He's the damn CEO, he tells others what needs to be done and they do it. And you're acting as if Brian is spending all this time in court fighting. LOL!!! Brian isn't fighting, his lawyers are. Brian is obviously not a manager type. Ok, he is Chief Executive, but no manager. AND, like I said in my post (and something you omitted/subtracted) is that this ins't the only company Brian has worked for and it's been known that this type of lack of communicating is something he has done throughout his career.

I am not going to continue to bicker and defend myself, my opinion, my point of views and other facts I have shared. I'm here to invest and make money. JNSH was (is) an INVESTMENT for and to me, not something I day trade. WHY??? Because JNSH is the Real Deal. It is one of the best OTC and pink sheet companies I have ever seen and had the joy and excitement of holding. My disappointments about Brian has NOTHING to do with the lack of settlement news - my disappointments have everything to do with his overall lack of communicating with his shareholders. I've been invested in JNSH for several months.

I'm tired and my post(s) should not be taken as a personal attack or anything of the sort (not that anything I've said/shared tonight even remotely appears to be personal).

I'm going to remain silent for a while here on the JNSH board.
I hope that everything works out for the best for all of us tomorrow. This entire court ordeal dragging on any further could hurt/damage the company (JNSH) simply due to it hanging over the head of the company and not only the company itself, but Brian and the shareholders alike. It is my sincere hope that this is resolved entirely tomorrow so that JNSH can just get back to business (as usual) - closing out new deals and completing old and new projects alike.

The Future is Bright for JNSH and it is also Bright for its Shareholders. I do see an uplisting in the future after this suit is completed.
