I have to say, Alejandro Espinoza Arroyo looks to be EXACTLY the type needed to get a project of this magnitude through the MEXICAN bureaucracy.

That was my only concern initially, and this puts that concern to bed.

JAN has done this before, and that SUCCESSFUL experience is already paying dividends here.

Couldn't ask for anything more.
