We don't know what it is, so you could speculate any way you want. However the CTO has to issued by the SEC. Do you think they are going to allow a company to hide something that is going to be bad for the shareholders? These orders are to meant to protect the company's intellectual property or competitiveness. They are not issued so the company can hide material information from its shareholders.
