Correct. FACTS :

650M O/S is a slight increase over the 450-500M already known.
950M A/S minimal. How many other pinks have shares in the 20+billion and are much higher in pps.

Over the last year or less:

*Signed numerous distribution agreements nearterm bringing audience to over 28Million households and growing.
*Retained Greeenberg/Traurig, top entertainment law firm (handles Grammys, etc.)to secure a national carrier (TimeWarner being discussed).
*Exclusive agreement with Jeff Greenfield, the top entertainment expert in product placement to work with Greenberg/Traurig to get the national carrier and others.
*Mgmt. contract with Mark Hughes (sold his co. to Ebay for $300M). Top negotiator to go after best regional and national lines.

Some dilution as with all pinks has occurred, however, if a company was trying to play games and just dilute, would have gone after billions in A/S from the beginning and not PR'd it,to enable this dilution to continue on a massive scale. Specific increase in O/S is par for the course if you are growing a small company.

All companies growing in this range must raise funds somehow.
Many posters say co. lied, etc. I never heard ADNL state that the O/S and A/S was X. Yes, it has increased but minimally from what we all knew it was days ago @ 450M+. Look what the company has done over the last few months.
Also, look what the co. has put out in smaller budget movie releases, the strong actors involved, etc.

Also, chart technicals are strong and yes MM's trying to have their day. Smart money will be buying on any small dip.

Best Regards
