Not being a share selling scam, the CEO's goals should be the company first, and share promotion second...

I have zero doubt that things will return to normal communication-wise once the lawsuit is over!

Amen to that brother! Couldn't be said better!...But of course I can add a little to it! :)

Brian, without a doubt, is looking at ALL aspects of his company and wanting ALL aspects of it to be a raging success...including a salivatingly good per share price! IMO, it will all happen in due time.

In fact I get a little concerned that the bad mouthing aimed at the CEO by some investors on this board is just a lame attempt to see the share price submerge so that they can buy on the cheap...just a thought....say it is not true..............KF
