Bud runs restaurants. He read the 8K earlier and didn't have a clue. He asked me to make "the call", and then set up a paltalk. This won't work. While picking this guys brain, I decided to put his info on the board to see if you guys could refute it. I would much rather believe you.

I know a lot more about finance than Bud, I don't go to him for answers. He knows about running a business, and somethings about taxes and filings, but didn't have a clue when it came to this filing.
