I don't think NEWC can begin mining their own coal til the road is done from what I gather in this new PR... they're doing the road first, which they are providing the rock for and that project will take until 2018 to complete... the road is right next to their coal mine so once that's done next year, they can start prepping and digging their own coal. Without the road, there's no way to transport it... NEWC may take another year or more for lift off... unless MJ comes thru... I understand NEWC has to perform under ASI kt, but that's coal from 3rd parties, not NEWC... let's hope those 3rd parties can keep up on the demand and that their quality is on mark so they don't lose that kt...
