Has the company provided any reason for why they are so delinquent in their filings? Such inept leadership here. After a blizzard of repetitive press releases in late 2016 as the CEO was desperately pumping the stock, now absolute silence. Absolutely terrible way to treat shareholders. Can't wait to see the fully-diluted share-count.
