Cab, your post is in line with my observations that Dan is stalling on creating shareholder value generation because it benefits him personally to let the clock continue at a low stock price so he can give himself more shares along the way and options at a low strike price.

So, you don't have a problem with that? IMO it is a violation of his fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interest of shareholders. What you described and what I believe is true is that he has been acting more in line with his own financial interests than those of his shareholders.
