I was only referring to the fact that I had direct knowledge of some sort of investigation. I did not want it on the board. I took the courtesy to privately warn people. I had to fight for hours to keep it off the board to ward off a panick sell. I then followed up with real names and phone numbers to verify what I was told I spent most of yesterday doing so, and my oppinions changed to believing that if there is a problem it isn't serious, and may involve side issues, but not the whole deal.

When I spoke with the SEC enforcement, I told them the whole story, and they said there was no problem with what I did, because they cannot control the person who knew. They said they were willing to pursue information about anyone who posted my private messages publicy against my will, or threatened me for more information. I did not hand over names or posts. And just blew that part of the conversation off.
