It's been happening for months. The pps rises and falls as speculation of a settlement rises and falls. The pps rise before the court date as speculation grows and drops just a day or two before the court date as people take their profits. It's just how people trade. You can warn all you want it won't change jack. I know because I warned folks here the last few times it had a run as well as other stocks that are scams. It's just better to understand that you won't change much in how people trade and then trade accordingly imo. Many have been here for months if not years. What's a few more days, weeks or even months .
