13d filed yesterday by Perritt Funds and Perritt Capital Management, that indicated they now hold a 5.9% stake in Hooper Holmes.

Perritt has a very good record of beating the market in their niche of Micro Cap and Low Priced stocks.

Nice vote of confidence in the business plan and management of HH.
