All the 8k says is the possesion CSHD will have of the bonds on there balnce sheet.

And the fact that one bond will be split 50/50 with Humanitarian& Scientific Foundation

CSHD has to report every 2 weeks with a profit statement and that profit is split 50/50

YOU havn't the slightest clue what your even making up.
