At some point quite soon, ADXS has got to get to a real valuation, say $50 a share, if we are to have hope of a realistic buyout price of $100+. So I hope DOC realizes this and decides that sustained stock appreciation is better for him than any attempt to add cheap shares.

If we keep mucking around $9, the buyout will come at a much lower price and far less profits to DOC in the long run. We are hitting the point where dilution will kill off the chances of a $100+ stock price unless any future fund raisings are done at $60 instead of $13.
