A technical/chart guy I just talked to explained we'd likely see a sideways day today, but should look better by Thursday and Friday.

So, technically, a News release would be best timed for Friday or Monday if they were purposely waiting and caring about chart action.

Though, I am definitely NOT suggesting that's OWCP Management's intentions with updates. Just saying, apparently that's the ideal time to let the News come out according to this technical/chart guys' opinion.
