I may be wrong but I don't think Benny and the board want an inve d tight ion on any level.

My reasoning is based on David's post about a cyberstalking nut harassing his wife, kids, family and even his mother.

We all know if this scenario were as bad as David tried to paint it---he would have quietly taken all of his information to local police and they would have contacted FBI.

Which tells me he knew that he/David would have been questioned as to why this "nut" was after him.

So this tells me, along with gated community remark, he hoped to stop the remarks without opening an investigation.
