look, we do have 1,68B OS, from which dirs and ex dirs holding +1B and we do have 536M float, co just canceled 1,4B shares from the OS ( dir shares) and gave them self in return 5 year locked preferred shares*, so that we dont have longer the 3B OS..if u have any sort of question, please ask..
