Will SEC look into this deal, too? PHOT suspended previously for some pretty shading dealings and even was forced to pay our $2 million-worth of PHOT stock and $700K in cash to settle the fraud lawsuit, so they would not face trial and "discovery".

Now they are working with financier with past SEC issues, and have also pledged every last penny of their assets for this one toxic financing deal.
