I’ve been reading lots of posts about expected PR after settlement (Friday, Monday, etc). I would urge folks not to speculate too much on the exact timing of such a PR, as it might only lead to disappointment if/when the PR doesn’t show up immediately, or next week.

In my opinion, just knowing for fact that a settlement occurred through a verified source (court document, for example) and that the legal battle with CCGI if finally over is HUGE, for both the company and investors. PRs, financials, and other company updates will come in due time. This will be a great year for JNSH… enjoy the ride!
